The
gasses are then flowed through a HKS Super header II, and
then swiftly on through the HKS High Power 409 exhaust system.
Mapping is also sorted, with a CUSCO ECU nestling nicely in
the wiring loom! To aid the rev happy engine a lightened flywheel
has been fitted, which is clamped tightly with a Helix Stage1
Clutch. |

Putting
the power down on the tarmac is helped along by a set of 15"
Konig Rewind alloys, wrapped in Toyo's T1-R rubber. There's
no denying the great looks of this classic, it's no wonder
they're becoming 'THE' car of choice when it comes to retro
cool. Prices are higher than Vincent Vega after a hit of Germany's
finest! |

So
what does the future hold? Well, the next step is yet more
engine tuning, hopefully helping to reach the 170Bhp mark,
then some serious lightening by swapping the heavy steel doors
and bonnet for much lighter carbon fibre versions. That should
shave off at least 24.5Kg per door! That's quite a weight
saving on such an already light car. |

If
you'd like to check out the car yourself, keep an eye out
for the TunerUK stand at forthcoming shows and events. But
I must warn you, after seeing it, you will want one!!!!!!
