waited
to see if the car was allowed to stay on track this
time.I quickly ran to the end of the start finish straight
to get some first corner action shots and Mark, photographer
No2 joined me to snap some for himself. We were just
hoping we'd be able to get some of the pug in action!
Early signs are good, it's on track, and giving the
track a pounding! 20 mins later, and it's managed to
complete a full session |
without
any problems! A few quick checks back in the pits and
it's over to Ian for his second session of the day.
Or so we thought, a marshal has a word in his ear, and
tells him that it's still hitting 100dB, and it's no
longer allowed on track! The news was more deflating
than our early afternoon slik scenario, and since this
time the word was final, all that could be done was
to pack up and head off and drown our |
sorrows in the bottom of a macca's medium coke with
a Big Mac side salad!
Here's hoping that cadwell Park has more realistic
levels later on in March.
